Why pricing is done using London Metal Exchange (LME) ?

From our past experiences, LME usually offers the highest rate to customers. We want to our customers to enjoy the best rates available in the market.

Can I do the witnessing of my own materials?

Handy & Harman Asia welcomes our valuable customers (or company representatives) and invite you visit our refinery plant in Singapore, guiding you through our refining procedures and at the same time assuring you that your materials are completed destructed at our very own plant.

Is it possible to delay the settlement even after receiving my results?

We understand our customers' concerns regarding pricing of the materials. Hence, Handy & Harman Asia offers pending of the remmitance up to 8 months. After which, we will price accordingly in our discretion and remit the money to the customer immediately without further notice.
