- - Material arrives at Handy & Harman Plant
- - Weigh and lot number(s) is assigned
- - Removal of the surface gold with stripping solution
- - Electrolysis on the gold solution obtained
- - Environmental control over hazardous substances
- - Melting of pure cathodes
- - Molten metal is casted into ingots / grains
- - Fumes and dust are carefully controlled to ensure anti-pollution in our environment
- - Sample are taken during melting for analysis
- - State-of-the-Art testing such as : ICP/AAS/Fire assay
- - Further upgrading of Gold/Silver in the range of 99.5 to 99.99 is carried out if required
