Processing of Metallic
- - Material arrives at Handy & Harman Singapore Plant
- - Weigh and lot number(s) is assigned
- - Material is incinerated and cool
- - Environmental control is carried out over hazardous gas / substances (if any)
- - Charged into a ball mill for crushing
- - Metallic is melted in a furnace until molten
- - Fumes and dust are carefully controlled to ensure anti-pollution in our environment
- - Grain sample are taken by molten sampling
- - Molten metal is casted into ingots
- - Samples are sending to Laboratory for assay, using state-of-the Art testing such as : ICP/AAS/Fire assay
- - Weight of ingots are weighed, transferred to shipment area
