Processing of Powder (sweeps)
- - Material arrives at Handy & Harman Plant
- - Weigh and lot number(s) is assigned
- - Material is incinerated and cool
- - Environmental control is carried out over hazardous gas / substances (if any)
- - Charged into a ball mill for crushing
- - Powder is blended in a ‘V’ blender to ensure homogeneity
- - Powder samples are obtaining by the ‘Spear’ method
- - Samples are sending to Laboratory for assay
- - Weight of powders are weighed, transferred to shipment area
